At check-in, Hotel Valencia will authorize your credit or debit card for the amount of room and tax plus $60.00 per night for incidentals. Please note banking institutions can take between 3-5 business days to release the funds back to your account. The funds on hold will not be available to you during this time. If using a debit card, please be advised that the hold will directly take place upon your checking account. Please contact your financial institution for further clarification.
Age Requirement: Minimum check-in age is 21. Valid identification is required at time of check-in.

A. Yes, there is a state cost recovery fee of $4.75 per room, per night, and a destination fee of $18 per room, per night.
For your convenience Hotel Valencia Riverwalk offers valet parking at $55 plus tax for a 24-hour period with in and out privileges. Self parking is available within a 2 block radius and an approximate cost of $10, with no in and out privileges.
For those in need of electric vehicle charging, our valet team is able to assist with charging your electric vehicle in a nearby parking garage. Guests are responsible for providing their own charging cables.Hotel Valencia Riverwalk allows pets in designated pet-friendly rooms and designated public areas. We welcome a maximum number of 2 pets per room, with a limit of 50 pounds each. Pets are restricted to certain areas of the hotel. With the exception of authorized service animals, pets are not allowed inside Dorrego's, Naranja Tequila Bar, fitness center, and meeting rooms. Advance registration of your pet is required. A pet waiver and non-refundable pet fee will be required at check-in - $150 per pet.
Service animals are welcome. We follow the ADA’s definition of a Service Animal: an animal specifically trained to perform a task for a disabled person. Disabilities include physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual, or other mental disabilities. Please note: Emotional Support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not considered service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA.
